What you do differently to your competitors is competitive pricing, discounts for members and a good range of products. We were very satisfied with your prompt service and friendly staff to deal with on the phone. We also liked your FLAT Technology tables - good to be innovative!
Being in the hospitality industry we're quite aware of good service for our customers. You are clearly also aware of this as evident by your speed and efficiency in satisfying our request for an invoice and then a fridge. A competitor took more than a week to come close to giving an invoice! You took less than a week for an invoice and delivery (and they were in the same city!)

Based on dealings with any selling company your customer service was very good - prompt, personal, flexible in allowing customers to arrange own delivery. I received a quote on 29th June at discount prices. Quote said valid for 30 days. When I went to pay after 30th June I was told I needed to pay before 30th June. When I said it wasn't written anywhere or made clear the manager said that was a mistake at your end and you honoured your prices. It was a quick decision and no fuss. That attitude alone will mean I will be a repeat customer.

Cafeideas has everything a restaurateur could want all in the one supplier which makes for a much simpler process than searching for things with different companies. Cara met all our needs and in a tight time frame plus she was just lovely to deal with. It made the whole stressful process a breeze. You were able to get us much better pricing than a competitor. Quite a big saving on the same equipment! Makes me wonder where your competitors get their prices from? So basically Cafeideas is fair and doesn't take financial advantage of the customer. You also put yourself out there to meet us on the weekend when you were closed because we were coming from Perth. Your level of customer service is excellent! We found a really good connection with Cara and would definitely deal with her again. In her absence her team was very efficient in making sure everything worked to plan. The hospitality industry needs suppliers who are proactive, market themselves well and who offer real discounts regularly. Your marketing tells us there is always something happening at your store. There is always a sale, new products or a discount in the wings for us. Your emails are welcome and contain REAL discounts and opportunities.
I have been dealing with Damien and Sean over the past two years for our refrigeration and furnishing needs. They have always been very professional in their conduct and most responsive in every occasion I have needed to interact with your business. I had a recent positive experince where I needed a commercial freezer urgently but the particular model had run out of stock. Damien offered a loan unit while we waited for our new freezer to arrive. His suggestion and responsiveness to the fact that we had a real business issue to deal with made all the difference in my purchase decision. Hi Rachel, Just a quick email to firstly advise how happy my clients are with the 50 black Lilly chairs we ordered through you. Secondly in the delivery they were short 20 black feet protectors and 16 rubber stoppers that are placed between the leg of the chair and the underside of the seat. I have been dealing with Sean with regards to ordering some white, resin folding chairs and wanted to pass on my compliments and thanks. I had not been able to find any company who would accept my small order for the chairs and I was becoming increasingly frustrated, however when I received Seans email stating I could purchase the chairs from Cafe Ideas, i was most pleased. From then on, Sean provided excellent customer service. He continued to keep me updated and processed my order promptly. I was able to have the chairs picked up from your warehouse, saving me the freight cost. All in all I can say that my shopping experience with your company and Sean was 110% I could not fault anything.
