The Woodson curved glass hot food displays come with a double insulated skin in cool to touch tank with sliding rear glass doors and an improved infra red heat lamp configuration for optimum heat and light. These cases are designed to run between 70˚ - 80˚ C and also take gastronorm pans up to 100mm deep.

The cold food displays also come in a double glazed glass front, sides and doors for improved performance, display and safety. A 90mm deep cold plate well with cross fin coil over and a top mounted fluorescent light for illuminated interior matches the profile and finish to the hot food bars.
